What is your policy for damaged products?

If a rental item has been damaged while rented, there will be a damage fee for the item. Please ensure rental items are cared for while rented.

Is a deposit mandatory?

Yes. Deposit is mandatory for reserving rental items for the date you want it for.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments in credit card or cash

What if I cancel my event?

We understand that unexpected things can happen. If your event is cancelled and we have been notified of the cancellation 30 days prior to the event date we will return your deposit.

If we are notified less then 30 days prior to your event, your deposit will not be returned but you will be able to use the deposit towards your future event
